Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings in the United Kingdom is recruiting an ATO Technical Analyst to support the Approved Training Organisation. You will assist management with administrative and analytical tasks essential for delivering training to pilots and new recruits.

Candidates with aviation background or degree are advantaged; full training provided. You will track licence expiry, liaise with authorities, enroll new entrants, and perform data analysis and reporting to training managers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative with a strong work ethic.
• Background in aviation or related field is advantageous; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Tracking pilot licence expiry and training requirements.
• Liaison with aviation authorities on licencing matters.
• Management of new entry pilot course enrolments.
• Data analysis and reporting to pilot training managers.
• Simulator and Line training data analysis and reporting.
