Job summary

Volantes Technical Recruitment is recruiting a MFTS Technical Records Administrator for an established aviation organisation. You will support the Technical Records Supervisor in daily records management and compliance tasks.

Your role includes updating the Record Management System, maintaining aircraft and component logbooks, and assisting with regulatory audits while working with CAMO colleagues to ensure continued airworthiness.

Qualifications

• Must be methodical with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Able to meet deadlines and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Review aircraft technical records and update the Record Management System.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and airworthiness standards.
• Update aircraft and component logbooks and archive records.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory audits.
