Job summary

Wheels Up, a global leader in on-demand private aviation, seeks an Operations Controller to manage flight schedules, crew rostering and on-time performance across the Aurigny Air Services network. The role reports to the on-Duty Manager and collaborates with multiple departments from Aurigny HQ.

Responsibilities include monitoring disruption, liaising with handling agents, and producing reports for management. Requires experience in OCC or airline operations, with UK FTL knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an OCC role preferred.
• Crew rostering experience.
• Knowledge of PPS system.
• UK CAA FTL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Crew rostering for all relevant flights.
• Ensuring the company FTL scheme is adhered to.
• Maintain a flight watch to ensure on-time operations.
• Liaise with handling agents about schedule and disruptions.
• Monitor flight plans and slots across network airports.
• Produce reports for management.
• Inputting and updating flight safety spreadsheets.
• Monitor weather and NOTAMs for destinations.
• Maintain high workload and service levels.
