Job summary

Wheels Up is seeking an Operations Controller to join the Gatwick-based team. You will monitor and adjust the flying programme for the Aurigny Air Services network, ensuring reliability and punctuality within a three-day window.

The role involves crew rostering, flight watch duties, and liaison with handling agents to manage disruption and schedule changes. A 12-hour shift pattern supports a balanced work-life routine.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with 12-hour shifts and potential changes on short notice.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Well organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
• Experience in an OCC role with other airlines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crew rostering for all relevant flights.
• Ensure FTL (Flight Time Limitation) scheme adherence.
• Maintain flight watch to ensure on-time operations.
• Liaise with handling agents about schedule and disruptions.
• Monitor flight plans and slots for network airports.
• Produce reports for management as required.
• Input/update spreadsheets related to flight safety.
• Monitor weather and NOTAMs for destinations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high workload.
• Maintain service levels.
