Job summary

Wheels Up, a global leader in on-demand private aviation, is seeking an Operations Controller to be based onsite at Gatwick. You will monitor and pre-empt disruptions, roster crews, and maintain punctual flight schedules across the Aurigny Air Services network.

Reporting to the on-Duty Manager, you’ll coordinate with multiple departments, manage day-to-day operations, and adapt to shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift and adapt to short notice changes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in an OCC role with other airlines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crew rostering for all relevant flights.
• Ensure compliance with FTL scheme.
• Monitor flights to ensure on-time operation.
• Liaise with handling agents on daily schedule and disruptions.
• Monitor flight plans and airport slots across the network.
• Produce reports for management as required.
• Update spreadsheets related to flight safety.
• Monitor weather and NOTAMs for destinations.
