Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Maintenance Operations Controller in Luton to lead and coordinate maintenance activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer focus. You will engage with internal teams and external partners to keep the fleet safe and operational.

The role requires a Part 66 licence, 5+ years in maintenance, Airbus A320 experience, and supervisory capabilities. A shift-based, full-time position offering competitive benefits is available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence.
• Minimum 5 years’ operational experience in line/base maintenance.
• Extensive Airbus A320 family experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in aviation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Part 145 regulations, CAMO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting operational maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations and Airline CAMO requirements.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external suppliers and customers.
• Escalating and communicating developing issues to management.
• Maintaining a high degree of customer focus.
• Working both independently and as part of a team across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrating flexibility to meet deadlines and overcome operational challenges.
