Job summary

easyJet is seeking a MOC Controller to join our Engineering & Maintenance team at London Luton Airport. This full-time role focuses on supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Part 145 and CAMO requirements, and coordinating with suppliers and customers to keep our fleet safe and efficient.

The role requires a UK/EASA Part 66 B1/B2 licence, 5+ years in line/base maintenance, and extensive Airbus A320 experience.

Qualifications

UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence required.
Minimum 5 years operational experience in line/base maintenance, ideally with Maintenance Control background.
Extensive Airbus A320 family experience.
Proven supervisory experience in aviation engineering.
Strong knowledge of Part 145 regulations, Airline Part CAMO requirements, and relevant legislation (CAA, EASA, FOCA).
Good understanding of maintenance schedules.
Ability to gain and hold a Luton airside pass.

Responsibilities

Communicating effectively with internal and external suppliers and customers.
Escalating and communicating developing issues to management.
Maintaining a high degree of customer focus.

Demonstrating flexibility to meet deadlines and overcome operational challenges.
