Job summary

Spire Global in a global capacity seeks an ambitious Sales Manager to own revenue growth for aviation data products across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. You will lead both direct and partner-driven sales to government agencies and defense contractors, driving long procurement cycles and complex deal structures.

You will build a scalable indirect revenue engine with data products, APIs, and integrated aviation portfolios, traveling up to 50% and collaborating with product, engineering, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales or business development experience selling data products, SaaS, or tech in the Middle East and/or Asia-Pacific.
• Experience selling to governments and through or with partners (B2G/B2B2G).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own territory plans across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific and map key ecosystems and procurement channels.
• Hunt and close deals through direct and partner channels, managing long cycles and tenders.
• Build and negotiate reseller and distribution agreements to scale indirect revenue.
• Sell integrated aviation data products and APIs to government and defense stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM and forecast rigorously.
