Talent Finder is seeking a commercially driven AV Business Development Manager for a Buntingford, Hertfordshire role. You will focus on new business, generate leads, and develop profitable AV and LED display opportunities.

The role involves daily office presence, customer visits, and some international travel, with commission-based earnings on top of a £30,000 base. You will work with HubSpot/ClickUp and liaise with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B AV sales, rental and system design is required.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop opportunities.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in AV and LED display markets.
• Allocate ~80% of activity to new business development and leads.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, digital prospecting and other channels.
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline, following up on leads and opportunities.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to maximise sales.
• Promote LED displays, AV integration and rental offerings.
• Assess customer needs and translate into viable AV solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotes with design support as needed.
• Work toward targets based on net profit and rental turnover.
• Record activities and forecast using HubSpot and ClickUp.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations for project handover.
• Attend customer visits with engineers and support installations as required.
• Use digital channels to identify prospects and support marketing activities.
• Travel in the UK and internationally as needed; occasional tradeshow attendance.
