Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in professional AV sales, rental and system design, ideally 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of AV integration, with LED display knowledge.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop opportunities.
• Experience with B2B sales, lead generation and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in professional AV and LED displays.
• Dedicate ~80% of activity to new business development.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, digital prospecting and networking.
• Manage and develop a sales pipeline and convert opportunities to profit.
• Build relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Promote LED displays, AV integration and rental offerings.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with design support as needed.
• Work toward sales targets based on net profit and rental turnover.
• Record activity in HubSpot and ClickUp and maintain forecasts.
• Support handover with engineers and operations; attend client visits.
• Occasionally travel for UK visits and international trips; expenses covered.
