Job summary

Cambridge King Street Brew House is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team, craft fresh dishes, and mentor staff in a welcoming pub environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef to design daily specials and maintain high standards of food quality.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next step.
• Natural leadership with a passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff rota, training and health & safety compliance.
• Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate creativity and leadership by developing menus with the Head Chef.
• Maintain GP and labour controls through planning and organisation.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
