Job summary

Young's is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join The King Street Brew House in Cambridge. You will lead the kitchen, craft fresh dishes, and work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards in a welcoming brewpub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion for leading and developing a team.
• Hands-on chef with excellent communication.
• Responsible and able to manage kitchen staff rota, training and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and manage rota, training, and safety.
• Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Drive GP and labour controls with planning.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to maintain standards.
