Delphi Care Solutions Ltd in the South East region seeks a proven Registered Manager to lead a children's home and shape a growing organisation. You will influence culture, develop exceptional teams and drive outstanding outcomes for young people.

The role goes beyond compliance, offering genuine progression as the organisation expands and opportunities to influence future services while receiving strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager within children's residential care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs.
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams.
• A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion.
