Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a Chesterfield area children's home. You will lead the team, uphold high standards of care, and ensure the safety and development of children every day.

Essentials include a Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) and eligibility to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager. You’ll lead from the front, build a strong team, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising, or managing staff teams.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience.
• Good understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Home: Provide clear leadership to the staff team and create a child-focused culture.
• Safeguarding & Child Protection: Maintain safeguarding at the heart of the service.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for Ofsted inspections.
• Improving Outcomes for Children: Support education, health, wellbeing, and independence.

Education

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
