Job summary

Arondite, a defence technology company, is seeking engineers to drive development of software for autonomous systems, sensors, and robotics. You will own and influence product direction from Day One, collaborating with AI/ML, networking, and robotics teams.

Role involves writing high quality code, interfacing with customers, testing in the field, and sometimes working outdoors. You will contribute across frontend and backend stacks and help shape secure, scalable software for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in server-side languages (C++, Java, Rust, Python) OR frontend (TypeScript/JavaScript) with modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test core software platforms and user interfaces.
• Iterate with customers/users to understand and implement requirements.
• Interface with and test autonomous/robotic systems in the field.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, networking, and robotics teams.
• Drive engineering excellence within the team and company.
