Job summary

Arondite is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the success of our enterprise product, Cobalt. You will balance architecting, coding and mentoring across frontend, backend and full‑stack work, collaborating with product managers and designers to hit tight deadlines.

You will guide a team of engineers, influence the product roadmap and ensure secure, scalable delivery. A mix of on‑site and remote work is supported, with a preference for office presence when possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong core programming skills in C++, Java, Rust or Python.
• Frontend development with TypeScript/JavaScript using Angular or React.
• Several years of software engineering experience in industry.
• Some history of managing other engineers.
• Forward-leaning approach to AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high quality, well-tested features.
• Drive personal development and training for team members.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Own technical decisions for the area of the product.
• Write production code for high‑impact features.
• Promote internal security policies throughout the development lifecycle.
