Job summary

Bulls Head, Barnes is seeking a Sous Chef to join our vibrant pub and restaurant team. You will be a natural leader, hands-on in the kitchen, and work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver daily specials with fresh, seasonal produce.

You’ll manage the kitchen rota, training, and health and safety, while driving sales and helping grow the business through great food and team engagement. Free meals and staff benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food.
• Hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support GP and labour controls through planning and organisation.
