Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on cooking with quality and consistency
• Ability to manage a busy kitchen and run service

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food
• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Be an active hands-on chef with strong communication
• Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety compliance
• Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
• Plan and organise to control GP and labour effectively
• Proactively drive sales and kitchen-front collaboration
