Qualifications

• Must be competent in vascular ultrasound and hold CASE accredited postgraduate qualification.
• HCPC registration (or SOR public register) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous ultrasound examinations to support accurate diagnoses.
• Produce comprehensive independent ultrasound reports per department procedures.
• Receive and prioritise referrals according to booking protocols.
• Maintain professional care standards and patient safety at all times.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and supervise junior staff.
• Observe reporting incident policies.
