Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the setup of a new EBD children’s home from inception in the UK. You’ll recruit and develop a values-led team, embed trauma-informed practices, and drive quality and compliance with potential for dual registration as the service grows.

The role offers leadership support, autonomy, and a salary up to £65,000 with a bonus structure up to £8,000, plus generous leave and flexible working once established.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working with EBD children’s homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children’s home from inception.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a values-led care team.
• Embed trauma-informed, relationship-based practice across the service.
• Take full accountability for quality, compliance and outcomes, with scope to become dual registered.
