Job summary

Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children's home from inception. You will build and manage a values-led care team, embedding trauma-informed, relationship-based practice across the service.

You will take full accountability for quality, compliance and outcomes, with the potential for dual registration as the service grows, and enjoy autonomy with strong leadership backing.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working within EBD children's homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children's home from inception.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a values-led care team.
• Embed trauma-informed, relationship-based practice across the service.
• Take full accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes, with scope to become dual registered.
