Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for a global MedTech company that covers Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. You will drive sales to academic institutions and R&D labs, with full autonomy over your regional patch and a strong bonus structure.

The role offers a generous package including £50,000-£55,000, a £6,600 car allowance, 25 days holiday and benefits, with territory progression to Cambridgeshire after 12 months and ongoing opportunities into management.

Formación

• Experience selling MedTech, biomedical devices or lab equipment.
• Proven ability to manage regional sales and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Set up meetings with Academic and R&D institutions.
• Sell a wide range of biomedical devices across sectors.
• Increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Split focus: new business development and account management (60/40).
• Cover Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire regional patch.
