Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is helping a global MedTech business recruit an Area Sales Manager for a Cambridge patch. You will cover Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire, engaging with Academic and R&D institutions and promoting a wide portfolio of biomedical devices and lab equipment.

The role offers autonomy, progression toward management, and a strong bonus structure including a £12K bonus and a £6,600 car allowance, plus 25 days holiday and a benefits package.

• Field Sales Representative or Business Development Manager background in MedTech or lab equipment.
• Experience selling Medical Devices or Laboratory equipment.

Are you an Area Sales Manager from a MedTech, Biomedical or Lab Equipment background looking to join a global MedTech business that can offer autonomy, progression opportunities to management and a regional patch?

In this role you will be covering Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire, with the patch reducing to Cambridgeshire after the first 12 months. You will be targeting academic institutions and R&D Laboratories to pitch the latest product lines across a large portfolio of medical and laboratory devises. Full training will be provided to enable your success, along with a lucrative and achievable bonus scheme.

This company are a global leader in MedTech and Biomedical devices. Part of a massive brand, they are currently increasing their product portfolio by 30% year on year.

This role would suit a Sales Professional with a background selling Medical Devices or Laboratory equipment looking for a field-based role covering a regional patch that offers full autonomy, an achievable bonus and progression into managerial positions.
