Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Mobility/Healthcare sector in the UK. The role combines field visits, account management and strategy support, with a strong focus on expanding the customer base across the Midlands and North.

You will deliver product training, demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients, supporting the sales team and contributing to the company’s growth. Hybrid working and a company vehicle are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
• Background in Mobility or Healthcare sectors.
• Willing to travel across Midlands / North.

Responsibilities

• Account management of existing clients in Midlands region.
• Product training, demonstrations and presentations.
• Assisting Regional Business Manager on sales strategy.
• Renewals, upselling and technical support.
• Field-based client visits – 37.5 hour week.
