The Fuller and Forbes Partnership is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our general practice. You will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and prescribe during face-to-face consultations, delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based care.

You will work autonomously within professional standards, with access to clinical support, to manage complex cases and support ongoing patient care in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver undifferentiated patient care during morning and afternoon clinical sessions.
• Provide timely follow-up of patients and respond to ongoing case management requirements.
• Practise autonomously within professional competence, adhering to current NICE guidance, national standards, and best practice.
• Manage complex patient cases, ensuring appropriate clinical pathways are followed and tailored to meet the needs of both patients and the service.
• Independently prescribing medications within scope of practice, ensuring safe, evidence-based prescribing in accordance with current legislation and professional standards.
