Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an ambitious General Manager to lead one of our clients' busy centres in Watford. You will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers, while driving financial and commercial performance across all revenue streams.

You will lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service that delights customers and keeps them coming back.

Competenze

Minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager in leisure, hospitality or retail.
Proven ability to deliver top operational standards.
Track record of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
Passion for people: coaching, developing and progressing your team.

Mansioni

Run a busy centre and be fully accountable for delivering budgets and KPIs.
Drive profit performance across all revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements, Bowling/Golf).
Coach, lead, motivate and inspire team to deliver outstanding customer service.
