Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a General Manager to run one of their busy leisure centres in the Watford area. You will be responsible for delivering strong financial and commercial performance across all revenue streams and for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for customers and staff.

You will lead and coach a team, set high operational standards, and be ready to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

A minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
A relentless approach to delivering the best operational standards in the industry.
Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
A passion for people, with evidence of coaching, developing, and progressing your team.
An empathetic and compassionate approach.
Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability, to fit in with our fast-paced environment.
Be willing to work nights and weekends.

Mansioni

Run one of our client's busy centres and ensure safe, fun, and vibrant environments for staff and customers.
Drive the financial and commercial performance of the centre across all four revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements, Bowling/Golf).
Be fully accountable for delivering all areas of the budget and KPIs and driving profit performance.
Coach, lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service that delights customers.
