Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an ambitious, highly autonomous General Manager to run one of their busy leisure centres. You will create a safe, fun and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

You will drive the financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams—Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf—and be fully accountable for delivering the budget and KPIs while sharing in the success.

Competenze

• Hands-on General Manager with 18+ months experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Delivers the best operational standards in the industry.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Passion for people; coach, develop and progress your team.
• Empathetic, compassionate, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
