Leisure People in Watford is seeking a highly autonomous General Manager to run one of our client's busy entertainment centres, creating a safe, fun and memorable environment for customers and staff.

The role focuses on four revenue streams — bar, diner, amusements and bowling — with budget accountability, KPI delivery, and opportunities for career development in a financially stable, growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on General Manager experience, ideally in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m.
• Strong focus on delivering high operational standards and sales growth.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Run one busy entertainment centre with a safe, fun customer environment.
• Drive financial and operational performance across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Deliver against budget and KPIs, maximise profitability and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
