Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a General Manager for a busy hospitality and leisure centre. You will run day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, vibrant environment for staff and customers, and drive service excellence.

You will own all four revenue streams—Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf—being fully accountable for the budget, KPIs and profit growth while working nights and weekends as needed. The role requires at least 18 months of hands-on General Manager experience within leisure,

• Proven leadership of teams in hospitality/leisure/retail.
• Track record of achieving KPIs and budgets.
• Experience driving multiple revenue streams (F&B, amusements, etc.).
