Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly capable General Manager to run a busy leisure centre in Dundee. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for staff and customers while delivering outstanding service.

You will own the finances and commercial performance across Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf, manage budgets and KPIs, coach and lead the team, and work across weekends and nights as required to drive success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager with leisure/hospitality/retail background preferred.
• Proven track record delivering ops standards and growth.

Responsibilities

• Run one busy leisure centre and ensure safe, fun, vibrant environment.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across all revenue streams.
• Deliver budgets and KPIs and manage profit performance.
• Coach, lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Work nights and weekends as required to meet centre needs.
