Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. seeks a General Manager to lead a busy leisure centre in Belfast, delivering exceptional service and driving profit across four revenue streams: Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, shape the customer experience, and own budget and KPI delivery in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends work required.

Competenze

• Minimum of eighteen months experience as hands-on General Manager in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver operational excellence.
• Track record of improving sales and performance of a business unit.
• Experience coaching, developing and progressing teams.
• Empathetic and compassionate leadership style.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
