Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an ambitious General Manager to run one of their busy leisure centres. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers, with the freedom to shape the operation and drive performance.

You will own the budget and KPIs, drive all four revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf), coach and inspire your team, and lead with resilience in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative.

Qualifications

• A hands-on General Manager with at least 18 months of experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven ability to deliver top operational standards across a centre or unit.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Passion for people, with coaching, development and progression of your team.
• Empathetic, compassionate, resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy leisure centre and create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.
• Drive the financial and commercial performance across all four revenue streams: Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf.
• Be fully accountable for delivering budgets and KPIs and driving profit.
• Coach, lead, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service that delights customers.
• Lead in a fast-paced setting with resilience and adaptability.
