Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Post-qualification fund accounting experience of 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculations in alternative asset classes (e.g., private equity, venture capital, hedge funds or digital assets).

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and NAV reporting.
• Review financial statements and management accounts prepared by external accountants.
• Support responses to investor queries and manage the end-to-end audit process.
• Lead compliance reporting and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Own and manage relationships with outsourced accountants and fund administrators.
• Act as primary contact for external advisors, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and processes and implement automation where appropriate.
