Job summary

Autumnal Partners Ltd is seeking a Fund Controller to join its London finance team. You will take ownership of fund accounting, financial reporting and NAV processes across private credit strategies, working with senior finance professionals and external service providers.

The role involves overseeing quarterly and annual statements, investor reporting and capital allocations, while coordinating with investment, investor relations and wider finance teams to drive operational improvements and

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in fund accounting or fund control, ideally within private credit or alternative investment funds.
• Understanding of closed-ended fund structures, waterfall calculations and investor allocations.
• Experience managing external administrators and delivering accurate financial reporting.
• Commercially minded, technically strong and able to own end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of fund accounting, financial reporting and NAV processes across private credit strategies.
• Review of quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reporting and capital account allocations.
• Management and oversight of third-party fund administrators.
• Monitoring fund liquidity, capital calls, distributions and cash flow forecasting.
• Supporting fund structuring, new product launches and ongoing operational improvements.
• Working closely with investment, investor relations and wider finance teams.
