Job summary

Fasanara is seeking a Fund Controller to oversee NAVs, invest with external administrators, and strengthen controls across multiple strategies. The role requires hands-on data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with Investment, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.

You will drive automation and scalable controls, leveraging Excel/VBA to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy while supporting a growing range of fund structures and strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations or equivalent.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to work with large data volumes.
• Exposure to alternative investments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and control fund NAVs with third‑party administrators.
• Develop deep understanding of funds and investments to challenge valuations and fees.
• Perform and oversee reconciliations of investments, cash and balance sheet items.
