Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Field Sales & Business Development Manager for Hertfordshire and nationwide coverage. You will own business development, raise brand awareness and build lasting relationships with security installers, contractors and trade customers.

The role requires field-based activity across the UK, face-to-face meetings, and full ownership of the sales cycle with a competitive commission structure included.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and business development.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop a sales territory.
• Confident approaching new customers by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a focused field sales and business development strategy.
• Identify, target and secure new customers across Hertfordshire and the UK.
• Increase brand awareness within relevant trade and commercial markets.
• Build relationships with security installers, electrical contractors and facilities-management providers.
• Attend face-to-face meetings, site visits and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Develop existing accounts for repeat business and increased spend.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve targets.
