Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Community Nurse to provide nursing interventions for housebound patients aged 18 and over in their own homes or chosen residences.

You will work autonomously, supported by the Community Nursing Sister and Team Lead, delivering patient-centred care while managing long-term conditions and acute situations, with emphasis on ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have current UK NMC registration.
• Post-preceptorship experience required.
• Immunisation and vaccination report to be provided.
• Willing to work across 7 days a week, 8am–8pm, with flexible working options.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing interventions to housebound patients aged 18 and over in their homes or chosen place of residence.
• Deliver a range of patient-centred nursing care autonomously, supported by the Community Nursing Sister and Team Lead.
