Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa in Surrey is hiring a Corporate & Field Sales Manager to fiercely grow our mid-week and off-peak bookings. You will own outbound business development, targeting corporate clients, event agencies, and local associations across Surrey and surrounding counties.

You will work autonomously, manage your pipeline, and convert prospects into contracted revenue, with a competitive base salary (£38k–£42k) plus uncapped commissions and local mileage allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proactive outbound B2B sales experience in hospitality or premium venues.
• A hunter mindset with self-motivation and target-driven approach.
• Strong local Surrey/Guildford corporate network preferred.
• Self-starter who can plan weeks across road/field sales and on-site pitches.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation skills; clean UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and cold-reach local corporate businesses and event planners.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, attend networking events, and pitch to decision-makers.
• Bring high-value corporate clients to the venue and host familiarisation trips.
• Develop and execute a proactive annual sales plan for mid-week meetings and events.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with accounts for repeat bookings.
