• Experience in the custom install / Audio Visual industry in a service, commissioning or support role.
• Strong working knowledge of IP networking.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Crestron and/or Control4 systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on integrated AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software faults across various systems.
• Support and maintain Crestron and Control4 systems.
