Arnold Clark in Stirling is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead a team of technicians and apprentices, delivering first-time repairs to a high standard while maintaining a safe, efficient workshop.

You will work with the Service Manager, schedule work, provide estimates, and ensure compliance with DVSA and manufacturer policies. This role offers an opportunity to progress into management.

Qualifications

• Relevant automotive experience including workshop control or technician roles.
• Highly organised with accurate attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coach technicians and apprentices to meet targets.
• Ensure servicing work is completed correctly and on time.
• Comply with DVSA, health and safety and manufacturer policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless service for customers.
• Schedule work considering targets, job complexity and parts availability.
• Provide servicing/repair estimates and set timescales.
