Qualifications

• Relevant automotive industry experience, including workshop control or technician roles.
• High levels of organisation and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; communicate with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of technicians and apprentices; ensure targets met.
• Ensure servicing work is carried out correctly, on time, with customer satisfaction.
• Comply with DVSA, health and safety and manufacturer policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service for customers.
• Schedule work to meet customer needs; consider job complexity and parts availability.
• Provide estimates for servicing/repairs and set timescales.
• Record technician time and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
