Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Warranty Administrator to support multiple branches with warranty claims for Jaguar Land Rover brands. You will administer warranties, submit claims promptly, and manage payments and paperwork to maximise returns.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop knowledge of all warranty procedures. Opportunity for progression within the Group is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
• Maintain warranty schedules and reconcile payments.
• Develop relationships with staff, repairers and manufacturers representatives.
• Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and timeliness.
• Provide warranty support at designated branches as required.
