NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and margin growth within a defined territory. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships with independent garages, motor factors, and enthusiasts, leveraging the global NAPA network.

You will craft sales strategies, communicate with leadership teams, and analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
