Endeavour Automotive Colchester is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Concierge to join Hyundai Colchester. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming, professional experience from arrival or contact.

You will own the customer journey, ensure people are acknowledged, connected to the right colleague and kept informed on next steps, supporting showroom, service and online inquiries with a customer-first approach.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a busy dealership environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming first impression for customers.
• Own the customer journey and keep them informed about next steps.
• Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally and forward to the right team.
• Support digital enquiries and pass them to the appropriate team promptly.
• Assist Sales and Aftersales teams with showroom visitors and service customers.
• Maintain showroom standards and collaboration across departments.
