Job summary

Land Rover Yeovil is seeking a proactive Showroom Host to welcome customers and guide them to the right teams. You will be the first face clients see, creating a positive, professional atmosphere in our showroom and reception.

This full-time role (8am-6pm, Mon–Fri) includes data handling, social media tasks, and coordination of training and health & safety. A strong customer-service mindset and IT literacy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming environment for customers and direct them to the right team.
• Collect and record customer details accurately and pass messages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area and appearance.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with teams.
• Create and manage social media posts to enhance the dealership's online presence.
• Oversee showroom facility upkeep and property management.
• Manage service diary and orders for stationery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Coordinate health & safety training for the team.
• Assist with organising and booking accommodation for training.
