Foray Motor Group is offering an IMI Level 3 Service Technician Apprenticeship in Salisbury. You will train through paid employment and IMI-approved study, working alongside Ford technicians to diagnose, repair, and service Ford vehicles while developing customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Aged 16+
• GCSE Maths and English at required grades (predicted acceptable)
• Strong interest in servicing and repairing vehicles (petrol/diesel/hybrid/electric)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for training
• Basic IT skills
• Driving licence desirable

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems as part of apprenticeship
• Carry out servicing, inspections, and maintenance tasks
• Support fault-finding with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Work safely and follow dealership health and safety procedures
• Record work, parts used and service activity accurately
• Attend IMI training and assessments
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction
