Protyre Autocare is seeking a commercially minded Centre Manager to join our growing team. You will lead a depot, drive sales, train staff, and ensure the security and stock control of the branch in a fast-growing national automotive company.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and previous centre management experience in the automotive sector, with a focus on delivering business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager in the automotive sector.
• Proven sales-driven leadership and team development.
• Passion for customer service and safety.
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the depot team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive customer conversion through effective telephone techniques and callbacks.
• Oversee daily operations and balance stock, cash and assets.
• Maintain stock control systems and audit readiness.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced.
• Manage stock deliveries and proper storage on day of delivery.
