Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Centre Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of an automotive service centre.

You'll lead a team, drive performance, achieve KPIs and ensure excellent customer service while maximise sales and profitability. The role offers £35,000-£40,000 basic per annum plus a monthly bonus, plus pension, life assurance, discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive service operations.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service and complaint handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the automotive service centre.
• Driving sales of automotive products and services to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Leading, motivating and developing the team to maximise performance.
• Ensuring customers receive excellent service and resolving complaints effectively.
• Monitoring centre performance and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding employees.
• Maintaining stock control and ensuring accurate stock management.
• Ensuring the centre operates efficiently and delivers a high standard of service.
