Sytner Group is seeking a Service Bookings Advisor to manage customer service bookings for vehicle servicing and maintenance. You will handle calls, emails and online inquiries, schedule appointments and maintain accurate booking records, while coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient workshop diary operations.

You will provide clear information on options, costs and completion times, and identify additional service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre, administration or automotive aftersales is desirable.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Good organisational skills to manage a busy booking diary.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry.
• Confident using computer systems, booking platforms and MS Office.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proactive attitude to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls, emails and online enquiries for servicing, repairs, MOTs and aftersales work.
• Schedule and manage service appointments while maximising workshop capacity.
• Provide customers with clear information on service options, costs and completion times.
• Record customer and vehicle details and service history accurately in the system.
• Identify additional service requirements, including MOTs and recalls.
• Liaise with service advisors, workshop controllers, technicians and parts to plan bookings.
• Confirm appointments, send reminders and communicate changes to customers.
• Promote aftersales products and services where relevant to customer needs.
• Maintain records and follow data protection and customer service standards.
• Support the team to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, productivity and revenue targets.
